Santos camp and Vinnick is watch cnn as millions of people evacuate southern california. Meanwhile the president is watching with much concern and trying to figure out what to do next. He decides to send in two engineers to fix the leek in the pipe the radiation is far above acceptable human consuption. One engineer ends up dying. Vinnck is asked to go to Ca. with the president as protocol would have it since he's a senator from ca. Santos knows that vinnick will get crucified if the media get wind of he voting and spear heading the reactor coming to ca. Santos refuses to let anyone leek the story to the press knowing that the press will get the story on their own. Just when it looks like the story will be over looked.
