This is Kevin we just met and he and his wife tailgated with us. We couldn't cell phone anyone, the cell phones were'nt working. Likewise they couldn't connect up with their people either. So we tailgated together.

Anyways, over in the White house the story is huge and congress and the special prosecutor are starting to put out subpoenas. Greg Brock (the reporter which filled the story about the leak refused to tell who his source on the story and his heading to prison for it. He comes to see CJ and she tells him to name his source which makes it look like it’s her. On the trial, that new girl is making waves after she is made communications director she want to start throwing mud at Vinic. Then Santos gets a bitter sweet letter. He is required to report for army reserve training in Texas. It’s a god send at first then they find out that he has skipped it 40% of the time. So at the end Santos does what he always does and surprises everyone. He doesn’t blast the white house for giving him a bad story. He defends them. He turns the plane around and does his training early. His F-18 is all over the news and not viewed as a stunt. He gains four points in the security poll that he was down in at the beginning of the show.

West Wing October 2nd 2005

So it starts out with CJ and Toby talking about how the national security leak investigation was going to be stopped by the white house and picked up by congress. Then we see Santos on the road as a song plays in the background it shows the fast pace of the campaign. Then it goes to josh and he is knee deep in strategy. So the big story about the investigation hits the media and Vinic jumps all over the democrats and josh convinces Santos to ignore the whole thing and keep the focus on the economy because that where he believes the democrats can win. So then Josh meets this girl who changes his mind on the whole thing and he invites her to Florida to meet with Santos on the trial. They meet and she tells him straight up to start growing some balls in so many words.
